With WSN Gallery, upgrading to a new release is one click in your admin panel (no uploading, no permissions issues). You can even use a tool to upgrade dozens of your sites at once. Initial setup is also super-simple: upload one file, fill in your database info and it'll install the rest of the files automatically. If you'd rather do nothing at all, professional installation is included free.

WSN Gallery comes with all the community-building interactive features you want, but probably never expected to get: comments and ratings, an invitations system, saved listings, tagging, guestbooks, a calendar, ebay-style feedback, avatars, private messaging, buddy and ignore lists, member ranks and ratings, an advanced moderator system, instant messaging, a shoutbox, even a chat room.

WSN Gallery takes full advantage of RSS, allowing you or others to submit feeds whose content will be automatically added every day. Of course you can also make feeds, from the standard whole-directory feed to per-category or any other sort of custom feed you can imagine.

Already have a bunch members who signed up with another script? WSN Gallery can integrate with most MySQL-based member systems, and the integration wizard makes it easy. Includes but not limited to all the WSN scripts, phpBB, vBulletin, Invision, Mambo, PHP-Nuke, SMF, WordPress, e107 and FusionBB. You can also match the visual look and feel of WSN Gallery to the rest of your site using the stylesheet and templates system.

If you have a forum whose members you want to give personal albums to, WSN Gallery makes it easy. Just integrate and select to skip directly to the album list.

Take what you want, leave what you don't. WSN Gallery features switches with which you can turn functionality on and off instantly. If you don't want something, just turn it off. The "simple" setup option defaults most switches to off so that those who want a no-frills site can have their wish... and activate a frill or two any time.

WSN Gallery can resize images to fit the visitor's screen resolution or downsize large images on disk to save space. It can convert video files to FLV and play them in the embeded Flash video player. It can display a slideshow, or allow people modify images on your site. Media files can be imported via FTP, tarball or RSS feed. Works with either GD or ImageMagick.
