Indirect Linking
Indirect Linking

The "indirect linking" switch at Admin Panel -> Settings -> Switches decides whether people clicking the title link provided in the article bit are taken to the article details page or directly to the external URL of the website listed (this only applies when there is a URL associated, of course). If you turn the switch on, people are taken to the details page first where they can click again to get to the external site. If you turn the switch off, people can go directly to the external site without ever seeing the details page. If your site is just about getting people to other sites, you'll probably want indirect linking off... if your site is about providing detailed information, you'll want it on.
