The "two line addresses" switch at Admin Panel -> Settings -> Switches enables an extra line for street addresses on the Submit Link page. With this switch off, you'd enter "123 Main Street Apt 7" on one line... with the switch on, you'd enter "123 Main Street" on the first line and "Apt 7" on the second line. This is purely a matter of personal preference.
