Some people don't have a need for distinct pages for listing details and comments, and would prefer that the comments appear on the listing details page (or vice versa, doesn't matter which way you think about it). The 'combine details and comments' switch at Admin Panel -> Settings -> Switches allows this. Try it out and see which look you prefer.
