If you have a multilingual installation, at Admin Panel -> Settings -> Switches there's an "admin panel translation tool" option. This allows administrators who don't know English to use a translatethis.com widget to get a machine translation of the WSN admin panel into their language. If all of the site's administrators know English, it's better to keep this switch off to avoid the clutter and the page slowdown the javascript causes.
