At Admin Panel -> Settings -> Switches you have an "illiteracy reviews system" option. The illiteracy reviews system is designed for WSN Forum, but might be useful to someone in one of the other scripts as well if you want to force a higher standard of writing quality than websites normally expect. With the illiteracy reviews switch turned on, each comment post is sent through a series of checks for types of illiteracy that can be easily recognized by a computer. This includes bad capitalization, punctuation, lack of paragraphs, and txtspeak. A couple mistakes in a post are allowed, but a pattern of them isn't. Warning: The literacy checks are for English grammar only, so never turn this on if you offer other languages on your site.
If a post is determined illiterate with high confidence, the poster is informed and prompted to revise. They also have the option to force the post through without revising.
At Admin Panel -> Articles -> Comment Settings, you have a few options to configure the illiteracy system when it's on. You can select to have forced-through posts trigger an automatic report of the post so that a moderator/administrator can review it, and you can also select to have a forced-through post require manual validation by a mod/admin. Also you can select categories to which the illiteracy detector will not apply, where people are allowed to write more casually.
