This updater can handle all WSN scripts at once, as long as the version number of the install is 4.1.0 or later. Instructions:

1) Make sure you have your customer login already input to each site you run.
2) Extract the .zip file somewhere.
3) Open upgradesites.php and type your info in the configuration area near the top. This will be the URLs of the sites (without any trailing slash) and your admin panel username and password.
4) If you have different logins on different sites, add this (anywhere in the configuration area) for each login that differs from your $adminname/$adminpassword one:
$names['http://www.site2.com'] = 'you@yourlogin.net';
$passwords['http://www.site2.com'] = 'alternate password';
5) Upload upgradesites.php somewhere, or use on localhost if you have a webserver installed, as you prefer. Then visit it in your web browser and wait for it to complete.

Be sure to check the final output carefully. Sometimes an upgrade will fail to run. In such a case you'll just need to visit the site manually.

Note: If a site is already at the latest release (and thus has nowhere further to upgrade to) then you'll get a login prompt as your result for it.
