Post ratings
At Admin Panel -> Settings -> Switches, there's a "post ratings" switch. When this is turned on, each post has + and - icons above it which people can use to rate the post up as being helpful, or down as being unhelpful. If someone has rated the post up or down, it'll say "X of Y people found this post helpful".
