Show count by forum

At Admin Panel -> Settings -> Switches, the "show topics count by forum" switch enables the display of the number of topics in a forum next to the forum everywhere a forum is displayed.

Assuming there are 218 links in Example Forum:

With the switch on, you'll see "Example Forum (218)"
With the switch off, you'll see just "Example Forum"
