Online Total Per Forum
Amongst your switches at Admin Panel -> Settings -> Switches is an "online total for each forum" option. When enabled, the number of people currently browsing each forum will be displayed next to the forum. This involves extra database queries, and the regular updates to the forums table make the cache system less effective, so it can slow down your site and increase load if you have a busy site. Use with caution.
