Allowing Regular (or Reciprocal) Topics Only

When you only want to use the regular topic type, go Admin Panel -> Settings -> Switches and turn off topic types. This will make all topics be regular topics.

On the other hand, if you wish to force all submissions to be reciprocal, check the "only allow reciprocal" switch.
