Double email prompt

The "double email prompt" switch at Admin Panel -> Settings -> Switches, when turned on, will make people type their email twice when they register. It works much like typing their password twice, in that if both versions aren't identical they're prompted to try again. This helps reduce typos so you don't get people entering nonexistant addresses. It can also annoy people by wasting their time, so it's up to you whether to enable it or not.
