Allowing Regular (or Reciprocal) Listings Only

When you only want to use the regular listing type, go Admin Panel -> Settings -> Switches and turn off listing types. This will make all listings be regular listings.

On the other hand, if you wish to force all submissions to be reciprocal, check the "only allow reciprocal" switch.
