At Admin -> Members -> Member Ranks you can set ranks according to criteria. Note that the member rating points are assigned according to the criteria in the customizable formula at Admin -> Members -> Settings.
To display rank images, presuming you've assigned them and uploaded them to templates/images_default/ranks/, use
