A member article list is a special category owned by a member. It isn't in the public category list, if you wish to show a list of member article lists you can link to albums.php?action=list wherever you like.
Each member can submit freely to their list without going through the approval process. They can also create subcategories.
If you wish to allow people to add articles from the rest of the site to their list, use <a href="albums.php?add={ARTICLEID }">Add this article to list</a>... but note that the saved articles feature may fit the purpose better.
