In your switches you have an option to turn on a help system. Once activated, your left hand admin menu will include a help section where you can add help categories and help items. Write up entries on topics you consider important or confusing, organize them into categories, and specify what order they'll display in.

Note that only administrators can add/edit/delete help entries.

Visitors will find help in the menu on the top right of their screen.
